Our Laser Acne Treatments use a laser that specifically targets the sabaceaous glands, reducing the over production of oils that contribute to overactive acne.
What Will the Treatment Be Like?
You and the technician will wear protective eyewear during the short laser treatment. Your technician will use a small hand piece to deliver laser pulses to your skin. You will feel a spray of coolant in conjunction with each laser pulse, this coolant helps protect the skin and make the treatments more comfortable. Topical anesthetic is available if you find the treatment to be uncomfortable.

How long do treatments take?
Depending on the size of the area, each session should last anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. In most cases, at least four treatments are recommended.
What are the risks/side effects?
There are minimal risks with this laser procedure. Mild redness is usually seen immediately after the procedure and typically subsides in a few hours. After the procedure your skin may be slightly tender, however, you may resume normal activities immediately after.
